Westminster

The Rock Bottom Brewery in Westminster was finished in November of 2000. The project is located next to the AMC Promenade 24 in Westminster. Steel was used to create both the structure and the roof of this project. Piers were used for support to combat the expansive soil properties in the area. The construction cost 800,000 dollars and took 10 months to complete.

-12,000 square foot restaurant, tenant finish including the addition of a 600 square foot steel joist and concrete deck mezzanine, brew house and fermentation room and review of the existing structure for an additional 30 tons of structure and equipment loads. Construction in 1991 with estimated 1.6 million dollar cost.
