The Bachlib complex houses retail and developmental research sections. The project is over 85,000 square feet. The construction of the complex cost an estimated 1.2 million dollars. The tilt-up structure was created by lifting large sections of the wall into place with cranes. The construction of the project took 13 months to complete. The roof of the project was created by hanging floor joists from the edges of the walls and the interior steel beams.
