Gebau, Inc. is a corporation presently made up of two professional design
engineers registered in the State of Colorado; both of whom are principals in
the firm. The firm is a member of the national and state chapters of the Consulting Engineers Council and the Certified Consulting Engineers of Colorado.

The firm is comprised of two individuals of aggregate design engineering
experience in excess of 35 years and industry related experience of more than 40
years. This high density of experience in a small organization provides an
