The Westpeak Building is currently under construction near the east end of the Pearl Street Mall. This new building will add square feet of office space to the downtown Boulder area. The building cost an estimated 4.8 million dollars in construction cost. The building is a contemporary mix of steel and masonry. The Westpeak building is scheduled to take 14 months to complete.
