The 8th and Pearl Project is a Mixed Use project that incorporates, professional and retail. The project was finished in 1999. The construction cost 1.6 million dollars. The project is approximately 55,000 square feet. The 8th & Pearl project is composed of 40 percent retail, and 60 percent professional office space. Steel was used to create the structure of this project. Masonry and wood were used to create the exterior finishes of the project.
